Australian pop sensation, and Friend of Raymond Weil Australia, Guy Sebastian has returned home following a triumphant debut in the international Eurovision Song Contest. The 2003 Australian Idol winner admitted the pressure of making Australia proud had become overwhelming.
“I’m not a competitive person, especially when it comes to music … It’s a pretty weird headspace,” he said at the time.
“I actually had a bit of a moment where I had to try to remove myself from it and put it into perspective. And go, ‘OK, it is what it is, it’s my mind frame that matters and it’s not a competition to me. I’m just doing another gig, representing Australia.’ But it really messed with me for a bit.”
Guy's entry song 'Tonight Again' is now racing up the European iTunes Charts, proving that his talent truly has no borders.
Congratulations to Guy from the Avstev Team!
